AUTHORITIES are not discounting deaths, as people cling to trees and roofs for safety in some of the worst floods Mallorca have ever seen.
In shocking images cars can be seen floating away with people in them and water levels have risen to the first floor of buildings.

Sant Llorenç, is the area worst hit by floods, and roads and access to the area remain cut off.
