A WEATHER warning has been issued to Andalucia for heavy rain today.
AEMET has issued a yellow alert to Cadiz and Sevilla from 12pm until midnight.
The coast and rural areas of Cadiz are expected to be affected most.
Inland Seville will see the harshest downpour.
