A BRITISH teen has been raped in a park, while a Spanish man has been arrested.
The 18-year-old girl is believed to have been attacked in La Rosaleda park in Valladolid by the local man, 27.
A judge told a court in the city on Friday that the girl had been drinking heavily and it is unlikely that she could have consented to sex.
The pair are reported to have met during a night out on Wednesday, before the man led the girl into a private area of the park.
The 18-year-old has made a statement to the judge.
It is unclear if she is an expat or on holiday in Spain.
