Police catch drunk dad driving three times over limit with drunk wife and child, 3, with no seat belt in Spain’s Marbella

A DRUNK dad who was three times over the alcohol limit while driving with his wife and kids has been arrested.

Police stopped the Ecuadorian with Spanish nationality, 41, after they spotted a car skidding out of a Marbella petrol station.

Officers said the man stank of booze and was ‘clearly drunk’ as he stepped out of the vehicle in Avenida Severo Ochoa.

A breathalyser test revealed a result of 0.71 milligrams of alcohol per litre of air and the suspect’s partner was also intoxicated.

Meanwhile the youngest child, aged three was travelling in between the two front seats without a seat belt.

The driver was held for an alleged crime against road saftey.

Because the couple were both drunk, the car had to be towed away.
