SPANISH porn actor Nacho Vidal has been sentenced to three years in jail for trafficking ‘pink cocaine’ in a Valencia City leisure area.
The 53-year-old however has seen the punishment suspended for four years- as long as does not reoffend, pays a €5,800 fine and completes a drug rehabilitation programme.
A plea deal was reached with the Prosecutor’s Office, with his lawyer, Emilio Perez Mora telling Telecinco that his client was already being treated in an Addictive Behaviours Unit (UCA) in Valencia.

The conviction is a further blow for Vidal as he faces four years in prison –requested by the Prosecutor’s Office– for the death of photographer Jose Luis Abad who took poison during the the celebration of the so-called ‘bufo toad ritual’.
Lawyer Emilio Perez Mora said: “He has another procedure open for a private prosecution which is asking for eight years in prison and he cannot be calm.”
Nacho Vidal was arrested by the Policia Nacional on February 28, 2025, who found 103.05 grams of tusi, ‘pink cocaine’, on him in Valencia’s Plaza Xuquer in Valencia.
The drugs he was carrying on the day of his arrest were intended for sale and would have had a street value of around €5,700.
He initially said the drugs were for personal consumption but then changed his statement.
Vidal’s criminal behaviour was down to his addiction to narcotics.
A plea deal was reached shortly before the July 2025 trial date but the Valencia Provincial Court formalised the agreement this week.
His sister is said to be helping Nacho Vidal during his recovery in addition to his attendance at the UCA in Valencia.
He was also sentenced in January, to pay a €2,160 fine for breaking a parking barrier at the Russafa Market in Valencia when he was drunk and drugged.
