High dropout rate among Spanish university students

university students scholarshipONLY two-thirds of Spanish university students enrolled in a four-year course finish on time, a new report claims.

Of 54,634 students starting in 2010, those who did so amounted to 35,397 (65%), while the rest dropped out during the first year or had to repeat courses, according to the Department of Education’s Bolonia plan.
