  1. Well, I have to say that it would appear for the “Casares”area, it would appear you have simply travelled up one road, and not diversfied at all. You mention three restaurants, Venta Garcia, The Forge, and Arroyo Hondo, and, whilst all being lovely in their own way, they are not indicative of the area. There is the fantastic Venta Cozar (on the same road), the wonderful El Trasmallo and La Verandah in Guardiaro, and many others.
