A MAN has been arrested in Andalucia for exchanging sexual photos and messages with a 13-year-old.
The 22-year-old Spaniard was arrested in Ronda after it was discovered he was sending content of an ‘erotic nature’ to the minor through an instant messaging mobile app.
According to the Policia Nacional, the mother of the minor contacted the police after discovering the messages on the child’s mobile.
Investigators say the the man first gained contact with the victim through a ‘well-known’ social network.
The young man was released and has been ordered to appear before a court in due course.
