Sevilla stars in Super Bowl

THE Super Bowl is the most-watched event on US television – attracting over 100 million viewers each year – and this year Sevilla was part of it.

This came thanks to British comedian Sacha Baron Cohen, who filmed his forthcoming movie The Dictator in the Andalucian capital.

Movie bosses invested millions in the campaign during the American football final.

Scenes of the city’s Plaza de Espana were shown during ad breaks, after it was used to represent the presidential palace of the film’s main character, played by the former Ali G star.

The film also stars American actress Megan Fox.
