Tom PowellONE of Britain’s most wanted criminals has been arrested in La Linea after three years on the run.
David Paul Mather was convicted of smuggling 10kg of heroin, which was found in the bumper of a trailer used by his freight company, in 2010.
He fled the country and was sentenced last year, in his absence, to 18 years imprisonment.
