Two Brits arrested for blowing up more than a dozen Costa del Sol cashpoints

atm1TWO Brits have been arrested on suspicion of blowing up more than a dozen cash machines along the Costa del Sol.

The pair were arrested during a raid in the early hours of Wednesday morning in Calahonda.

The Policia Nacional suspect the duo have robbed 13 different cashpoints in towns along the costa this summer.

Explosives or acetylene gas were used to blow up the machines before the pair ran off with the cash.

Grenades, gas cylinders, electrical cables and other equipment were found at the property of the Brits, along with cocaine and cannabis.
