Spain’s hybrid vehicle sales have increased by nearly 100% since 2016

SPAIN’S hybrid vehicle sales have shot up more than 83% from this time last year.

According to data from the Spanish Association of Manufacturers of Automobiles and Trucks (Anfac), registrations of hybrid vehicles have risen to 51,079 since the start of the year.

While sales of electric vehicles have increased by 78% from the same period last year.

In November alone electric vehicle sales rose by 30%.

In total, some 7,486 electric vehicles have been sold so far in 2017.
