HIT AND RUN: Saw Audi driven by Stewart injure scores in Marbella

Stewart got behind the wheel of the Audi after getting into a fight at the busy club and ‘with absolute contempt for the lives of pedestrians, accelerated at great speed on a walkway against people who were leaving the establishment,’ according to prosecutors.

Tests later revealed Stewart had taken cocaine and was twice over the legal drink-drive limit.

The prosecution added his actions ‘sparked panic among people there, forcing them to flee to avoid being run over because there was nowhere for them to take cover.’
