Rain and temperature drop for Spain’s Malaga this weekend

rain

MALAGA is expected to experience a temperature drop and rain this weekend.

According to weather agency AEMET, the probability of rain throughout much of the province is high.

The chances of rain will remain at around 90% until noon and 60% from there after.

There is a similar picture on Saturday, when a trough will bring chances of rain, particularly in the city, of 85%.

By Sunday the cloudiness would remain but the possibility of showers will have dropped to 20%.

A trough is a drop in atmospheric pressure that is recorded between two fronts with high pressure.

The phenomenon causes clouds that develop vertically and are usually accompanied by precipitation.

Temperatures, meanwhile, will experience a slight decline over the weekend to lows of 22C  and highs of 25C.
