POLICE in Sevilla have busted a gang of robbers and seized five firearms, €1,550 and two luxury cars.
Stolen license plates, 44 cartridges of ammunition, as well as balaclavas and gloves were also taken in the operation.
Two men and one woman have been arrested in connection with the raids.
The two men were stopped after a high speed police chase through the Sevilla neighbourhood of Su Eminencia, where two of the suspects fled carrying a shotgun.
The two men were later arrested on the roof of a nearby house.
The woman, who turned out to be the partner of one of the detainees, was arrested after assaulting police officers while they were trying to stop the two men.
The three suspects will appear before court in due course.
