A SEARCH is underway for a vulnerable Belgian man who went missing in Spain while on his way back home.
Juanito Rafael Maria Lopez was last seen this week in Alicante, where he had been living for the past couple of months, and was due to fly back to Belgium when he suddenly vanished, his family said.
Lopez, 40, is around 1.70 metres tall, wears glasses and has short dark hair.
He has been suffering from health issues recently, his family said, and could now be considerably thinner than he appears in photographs.
His relatives said they were ‘very worried’ and urged anyone with information to contact local police or his mother on +32 0484 681 411.
